Get a hole-in-one in the Adirondack Hub!

Golf is one of the best summer activities in the Adirondacks and in the Hub, where courses are surrounded by lush Adirondack wilderness, and visitors and residents will find beautiful courses with great play. The tree-lined courses are some of the most enjoyable Adirondack golf courses available, whether you're here for an afternoon or a full golf weekend. With spectacular views of the High Peaks and lakes, you'll feel ensconced in nature as you play on challenging fairways and manicured greens. There are two 9-hole courses in the region that offer challenges for golfers of all skill levels.

  • The High Peaks Golf Course in Newcomb, NY has many natural hazards that provide a fun, unique day of Adirondack golfing. The public course is a par 33, and tee times aren't required.
  • The Schroon Lake Golf Course is a 9-hole, par 36 golf course right in Schroon Lake, NY. Make your way through the rolling hills and picturesque landscape as you glimpse Pharaoh Mountain in the distance. The public course has been in action for nearly a century, and offers tournaments and leagues throughout the summer.

For dedicated golfers, the Hub is also a great jumping off point for exploring other courses throughout the Adirondacks.
