Adirondack Ants and Their Role in Seed Dispersal

SUNY ESF graduate student Mariano Arias will talk about the ecological importance of ants. These tiny creatures are often overlooked, but for certain plants, they are critical for seed dispersal. So critical that some plants create special structures just to attract ants.
