The best part of the brewing process, to Devon Hamilton, is watching the transformation of his product from the raw ingredients of grain and water to the delicious drinkable substance known as beer. Guilty, Guilty, Guilty...I don’t know that I have ever felt quite as guilty as I did when Greg and I walked into the Schroon Lake Bed & Breakfast - sans 5 year old.
